Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of confirmation. During sale periods or for made-to-order pieces, processing may take longer — you will be notified if this is the case.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery within India typically takes 5-8 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the courier partner's serviceability. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and order value. Orders above a qualifying amount may be eligible for free shipping, which will be reflected automatically in your order summary.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details (where available) will be shared and can also be viewed under "My Orders" in your account.
