Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are shipped. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead refer to our Return & Refund Policy once the item is delivered.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Orders for customised or made-to-order jewellery may not be cancellable once production has begun. We will inform you at the time of order if this applies.

Refunds on Cancellation

If payment was already made for a successfully cancelled order, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
